Community Engagement Officer

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Community Engagement Officer to develop, coordinate, and deliver programs that strengthen our relationship with community stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with local partners, organize events, and manage volunteer programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteer teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners.
  • Develop monthly progress reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in community engagement or project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
