Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) Project

Beginning in 2025, In But Free, with support from JAC Trust, launched the Climate-Smart Agriculture Project at Meheba Refugee Settlement in Northwestern Province. Since 2021, In But Free, with support from LHL International (Norway), has been implementing the Building Bridges Project across 13 correctional facilities in Zambia, reaching over 9,000 inmates and correctional officers in the Copperbelt, Central, and Northwestern Provinces. IBF and UPI Launch Mental Health Matters Project

In But Free and Ubumi Prisons Initiative on 13th October 2022 launched the Project Mental Health Matters 2 funded by CISU. The Mental Health Matters Project will be implemented in Correctional facilities in four(4) Provinces namely Copperbelt, Central and Lusaka and Southern Provinces. The project aims at addressing mental health challenges within the correctional facilities.
